• A deposit (as stated on your invoice) is required to secure your booking.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment or proof of payment.

• The remaining balance must be settled on or before the party date.

• Prices and packages are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain valid.

Choose your perfect celebration package:

💡 Each package includes setup, decorations, and full play access.

• Billing is based on the actual number of guests who attend, not just those booked.

• If your booking is for a Premium Party (10+ kids) but fewer than 10 attend, your package will automatically be adjusted to the Basic rate (R360/child).

• If more guests attend, please inform our staff upon arrival so we can make necessary arrangements.

✅ This ensures fairness and proper staffing for every event.

• Please arrive on time and respect your scheduled party slot.

• Basic and Premium Parties run for 3 hours, while the VR Neon Party is 2 hours.

• Due to back-to-back bookings, we cannot extend your session without prior approval.

• Extra time is charged per 15-minute increment if available.

• Our team needs time to clean and prepare for the next celebration — thank you for your understanding!

• Grip socks are mandatory for all guests entering play areas — for safety and hygiene.

• Each party package already includes the cost of grip socks as part of the total price.

• Package prices remain the same even if guests bring their own socks, as this is a fixed bundled offer.

• Guests may keep or reuse their grip socks for future visits.

💡 This ensures every guest enjoys a safe and consistent experience while keeping our play zones clean and secure.

• Ultra World does not have a kitchen or restaurant on-site.

• You are welcome to bring your own food or order from nearby restaurants — we’re happy to assist with recommendations or delivery coordination.

• We also partner with selected eateries for pre-orders if you’d like us to help arrange catering.

• Please note: no cooking, heating, or open flames are allowed in the facility.

• Kindly help us keep the area tidy by using provided bins after your meal.

💡 We respect all dietary and cultural preferences, including Halaal and vegetarian needs — you’re free to choose what works best for your family.

At Ultra World, we believe parents deserve to enjoy the celebration too —
not just wait outside! Every adult who enters our party rooms or play areas becomes part of the experience.

To ensure comfort, safety, and fairness for everyone:

• Each attending parent requires an entry ticket, which includes:

  💆 Free 30-minute massage chair session
  🍵 Complimentary tea or coffee service
  🧦 Grip socks (required for entry)

• Entry fees:

  • R110 (includes socks up to large size)

  • R140 (includes jumbo-size socks)

• We conduct headcounts at check-in for safety and capacity control.

• Parents are welcome to relax in the lounge, enjoy refreshments, and make use of our massage chairs while children play safely under staff supervision.

💡 Your ticket is more than access — it’s comfort, connection, and peace of mind while your kids have fun.

• Parents and guardians must supervise children during the party.

• Our trained team will assist to ensure a safe and fun environment.

• Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the facility without refund.

• Please treat all staff and guests with kindness and respect.

• Standard décor and party setup are included.

• Additional decorations (balloons, banners, etc.) are welcome but must be pre-approved.

• No confetti, glitter, or items that may cause damage to play areas.

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• However, you may reschedule or convert your booking into play tickets (upon approval).

• Rescheduled dates must be used within 3 months of the original booking.

• Please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled party time for any changes.

• Ultra World is a supervised environment with certified first aiders and fire marshals on duty.

• Activities are undertaken at guests’ own risk.

• Ultra World is not responsible for personal belongings lost or left behind.

• We reserve the right to close certain attractions for maintenance or safety reasons.

• You’re welcome to take photos and videos of your own group.

• Please respect the privacy of other guests.

• Ultra World may occasionally capture photos for promotional use — inform staff if you prefer not to be included.

• Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

• Special offers apply only during their valid promotional period.
