🎵 Music & Audiovisual Use Policy

Ultra World complies with South African copyright law. All music and videos are legally licensed, royalty-free, or AI-generated for family use.

At Ultra World, we are committed to respecting all copyright laws and ensuring that every piece of music and audiovisual content used within our premises is legally sourced and properly licensed.

We operate with transparency and full compliance under the Copyright Act of South Africa.

🎶 Music Use Policy

Ultra World does not play any commercial music or songs by recording artists represented by SAMPRA or SAMRO.

All music used within our facility is either:

  • 🎧 Royalty-free music, licensed through platforms such as Envato Elements or similar providers, with valid commercial-use rights; or

  • 🤖 AI-generated music, created in-house or sourced from providers that grant us full rights for public and commercial use.

We do not use or broadcast any sound recordings or musical works under SAMPRA or SAMRO’s administration.
This policy has been in effect since our official opening on 23 December 2023, and we remain fully compliant with all copyright regulations.

Proof of licensing or music ownership is available upon reasonable request.

🎬 Audiovisual Use Policy

Ultra World provides a safe, family-friendly, and educational environment for children and parents.
From time to time, background videos, animations, or livestreams may be played within our party rooms, play zones, and event areas.

All audiovisual content used within Ultra World:

  • 📺 Comes from publicly available, legally streamed sources such as YouTube or royalty-free media platforms;

  • 🎥 Is intended for background ambience and entertainment only, not as a public performance or commercial broadcast;

  • 🔒 Is not altered, redistributed, or recorded in any way;

  • 💰 Does not generate additional income (we do not sell viewing tickets or charge for watching);

  • 🧾 Remains under the copyright ownership of its rightful creators.

Ultra World does not host concerts, music events, or public screenings, and therefore operates outside of SAMPRA, SAMRO, and TV Licence requirements under South African law.

We take intellectual property rights seriously. Ultra World ensures that all media—whether music, video, or livestream—is sourced and used in a manner that respects creators, avoids infringement, and upholds the integrity of copyright law.
